Enrolling at Crosslake Community Schools

Please fill out the below Initial Application Form to let us know you are ready to enroll! Once received, our team will send you the enrollment packet you will need to finalize your enrollment. After we receive a fully complete enrollment packet we will reach out to your family to determine a start date and the next steps. Please ensure that you continue attendance at your current school. Submission of this form does not mean you are enrolled in our school.
